Ticket Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on single tickets. Subscribers may exchange their tickets up to one hour prior to curtain by calling the box office at 773-878-8864.
Late Seating Policy
Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Latecomers may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission.
Lost Flex-Passes
